- A man's two legs, compared to goodness and wisdom, [lang id =1028]福 being counted as the first five of the pāramitās, [lang id =1028]智 as the sixth; v. [lang id =1028]六度. [lang id =1028]二足尊 The honoured one among bipeds or men, i. e. a Buddha; cf. [lang id =1028]兩足.* * *﹝出金剛經纂要疏﹞ 〔一、 福足〕, 謂佛於因中, 修行布施、 持戒、 忍辱、 精進、 禪定五度之福, 今於果上, 成就應身, 相好圓滿, 萬德莊嚴, 是為福足。 〔二、 慧足〕, 謂佛於因中, 由修般若妙慧, 成就法身, 圓極真常, 滿菩提果, 眾智莊嚴, 是為慧足。 (梵語菩提, 華言道。 )* * *福足和慧足。 在六度中, 般若是慧足, 其餘五度是福足。
